- Support a consulting team throughout a client’s project
- Deliver one-off strategic research projects
Across these different models, there are essentially four types of research response. We offer:
- Immediate answers
Although greater engagement leads to increased value, sometimes the value is in getting a single piece of data in five minutes
- “Quick and dirty” route
Just a couple of hours addressing your issue can help you test a hypothesis or bring better insights to a client pitch
- Short research projects
A more detailed, considered and structured response, typically giving valuable background to an issue or providing a deeper understanding of a new area
- In-depth research projects
At least half of our work is made up of longer term, more in-depth research projects. These are fully scoped, delivered to an agreed budget and timescale
We are always happy to discuss a request or give advice to clients. When we are not the best solution, we will suggest a different approach or direct you to another provider. We only want to do work we can do well.
We have access to a targeted selection of business research sources for financial, market, economic data and analysis, as well as press commentary. In some cases, we can reach agreement with your suppliers to use your sources so you can retain any negotiated discounts.
Research is either charged at day rate or an hourly rate. Source and database costs are passed on at cost.
