Biographies
Laura Barrett
Laura's background is in economic, social and public sector research.
At McKinsey she was a Research Specialist, led the Business and Economic
Research Group and established their public sector research capability. Prior
to that, Laura worked in the Economic Policy and Statistics team at
the House of Commons providing briefings for MPs, and also worked as
a researcher at the Home Office compiling National Statistics and costing
public policy. She has a B.A and M.A in Economics.

Elaine Robinson
Elaine is a generalist researcher with experience in shaping and managing
research teams. At McKinsey she set up and led the Business and Economic
Research Group and established a research department in Chile. She also
covered financial services. Prior to that Elaine managed First Contact,
an information broker at Thomson Financial. She has also worked as a
researcher in the Industry Group at Egon Zehnder International. She
has a B.A. and M.A. in English Literature and Language.

Rachel Allen
Rachel's career spans fourteen years McKinsey, with experience as a generalist researcher, leading the Business and Economics Research Group, and as Manager of the Research and Information department. She was also part of the team that set up one of the first offshore research centres in India for McKinsey, as well as spending 6 months working with the research team in Australia. Rachel has B.A. in English Literature.

Lisa Share
Lisa's research background focuses on the retail and packaged goods sectors. At McKinsey, she led the Consumer Goods Research Group having previously worked as an Information Specialist for the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising. She has also worked in public libraries, the Botany Library at the Natural History Museum. Lisa has lived in Washington, DC, has a B.A. in English Literature and a Diploma in Information Science.
